IF I am not mistaken , you can BLOCK old goats from contacting you.... and you can also BLOCK what country and all that jazz

I have been on this site for about 2 years if not longer...yep, I also get the "creep" emails and the "marriage" emails and I just reply thanks but no thanks....and leave it at that....they continue, you BLOCK them (the BLOCK button is lovely huh? )

I read your profile and you seem like a great gal....do not let the "strayers" prevent you from staying on line....

sometimes you gotta step on a lot of FROGS before you get to your prince!

whoa, that is a HARD STATEMENT....

fortunately, FOR ME, no, I don't know how it would feel to have that kind of "hate"

My suggestion? if it bothers you, then find out but remember to treac lightly because, as myself, I do NOT like to be attacked with questions....

Make it simple and right to the point but do NOT approach them with malice....

and while you are mustering up the "balls" to talk to them, take a look in the mirror and be truthful to YOU...and maybe you may see something or think of something that may be the cause for the feelings that you harbor in you!

here are some of my favorite things! lol

when I am out dining, I HAVE to face the front entrance... (unless I am on a first date...I try but don't want to freak the guy out..lol)

The pillows on my sofa have to be on the RIGHT side of the sofa and placed one on top of the other

my pillows on my bed need to be fluffed and straight....LORD HELP US if they are all disorganized

my glasses in my cupboard need to be FACED DOWN....no uppies in my cupboard

my towels need to be folded in a certain way...and no other way

taps need to be wiped after use....kitchen OR bathroom


my jeans must NOT be in the dryer and folded a certain way..seams together, and no creases

and the list can go on and on and onnnnnnnnnnnn

oh my, I AM my mother! lol

ok well I have never been married and thus, I think that marriage is a HUGE step in making a commitment solid!

i know, I know, you are all probably thinking otherwise but hey, getting married, having kids and working together to make every day WORK is worth it

that "little piece of paper" that all speak of? that just makes it more of a fight to stay together rather than dating and walking away....

If anything, the current economy is a bonus! why?

the reason is because with the economy and the way it is going, I don't use credit cards...actually CUT UP the ones that I have so that I don't use them...did christmas shopping for the KIDS only (being my nephews and neices) and agreed with my pals that we do NOT exchange gifts...I spend more time at home, enjoying a dvd or making it a pizza night and having a few friends over...I don't go for random drives anymore and just drive with a purpose and I actually LOVE IT!!

More time spent with family, and less time out there going on spending sprees....

Work is slow no doubt only because I am in the construction industry but I just look on the brighter side of things...

hey, we all thought that GAS would be up to $1.75 in no time and if anything, its gone down 1/2 the price of what it was....

We will get out of this slump....let's just hope that people REALIZE times like this can become more often than we want it to be and so, we have to re-organize our lives and the way we think and we just may be able to weather ANYTHING

..that you are dating them AND their families??

this subject came up in one of the conversations with me and my pals....a "newbie" to our circle of friends said this:

when you date/marry someone, you aren't just with them, but their whole family!!!!

this was cause for much discussion....cause I truly do NOT agree that someone's sibling OR family memebers chosen path should affect the person that you are interested with!

There were sooooo many biased opinions to this....bowever, I tend to differ with that statement in the sense that if you are with someone, of course you bave to accept their family, may it be "the cleavers" or "the addams family" but that should NOT be the final decision of "if" you should stay with that person

I don't believe that the person being persued should suffer the consequences that others have inflicted upon themselves....

anywho, just wondering how you guys feel about that

would someone's family be the "yay or nay" as to dating someone??? and if so, why???
